What can Level Devil systems monitor?
We support a wide range of sensing applications.Our sensors are built for monitoring liquid tank levels; however, we can interface with any 0-5 volt or 4-20 milliamp sensor (flow, temperature, etc.), or dry-contact switch.

Can I monitor via my mobile phone or device?
You can monitor Level Devil® systems with any internet-capable device with a web browser.
Is there an app?
We have a mobile app for both Android and Apple devices. Download it here for iOS and here for Android.
Where can I monitor my tanks?
Anywhere in the world that you can have access to the Internet or a phone. Your private password-protected access allows you to check the status of your tanks from any computer or phone anywhere and at anytime.
Where do Level Devil® monitors work?
Anywhere there is an available link to cellular, internet, or satellite communications. In other words, just about everywhere in the world. We offer local displays, as well.

Why has my system stopped reporting?
• For AC-powered units: please check the power connection.
• For battery-powered units: please check the battery voltage.
• For solar-powered units: please check the solar panel for obstructions.
Why is my system reporting negative values?
Your system is either experiencing a calibration error or the sensor has stopped functioning.

Why is my system reporting a status of “inaccessible”?
Your system is reporting levels that we have set as incapable of being accessed, such as a spigot three inches up on a tank making the bottom inaccessible by traditional means.
